From us to your door

The short version: we press the silver, our retail partner moves it. Every buy button on this site opens the product page at their store, and from that click the order is theirs to carry — payment, packing, the van and the doorbell.

Delivery speed and cost are set by the store at checkout, and they depend on your address and account, not on anything we control. The honest answer to “when will it arrive” is always on their order page, updated as the box moves.

One practical note from the packing side: a pair of silver cups travels in a box small enough to sit in a mailbox. If the porch looks empty on delivery day, check the letter slot before writing anyone.
